| 1951 | Developed Minor Programmes |
| 1962 | Leased Globe Park as Recreation Park |
| 1975 | Purchased 100 Acres at present location |
| 1978 | First Phase Development opened |
| 1981 | Opened arena building |
| 1990 | Twin gymnasium complex opened |
| 1994 | Developed five training rooms. |
| 1995 | Dedicated facility to late company president F.H. Sherman |
