Whistleblower Policy

ArcelorMittal has selected EthicsPoint to provide its Canadian stakeholders and stakeholders of legally owned subsidiaries in the United States with simple ways to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour in violation of ArcelorMittal's established policies.

Please note that reports can be made on a number of financial activities as explained on the ArcelorMittal web site Whistleblower policy, as well as non financial matters as outlined in this Ethics Point web site. In all cases, your report will be promptly forwarded by EthicsPoint to the appropriate individuals at ArcelorMittal for their review and investigation. In either case, EthicsPoint will protect your anonymity.

ArcelorMittal will give careful attention to all reports submitted through EthicsPoint with the objective of correcting the situation being reported, on the assumption it is a legitimate issue. We encourage reporters to return to the EthicsPoint web site within 7 days of filing a report using the Report Key assigned by EthicsPoint and your private password. ArcelorMittal may have information on your report, or may require further information from you in order to proceed with an investigation. In either case, EthicsPoint will protect your anonymity.
