Dunnville Arena and Lifespan Centre project gets boost from ArcelorMittal Dofasco

Company invests $20,000 for new arena centre that will be a hub for Dunnville residents
"We are delighted that ArcelorMittal Dofasco is continuing its tradition of good corporate citizenship in this region,” said ROC Co-Chair Mrs. Bonnie Hauser. “Their donation today helps us take another step towards reaching our capital campaign goal," said Mrs. Hauser.
Members of the Revitalize our Community (ROC) volunteer citizen fundraising committee received the donation at a ceremony in Dunnville late yesterday.
“At ArcelorMittal Dofasco, we are committed to building community strength,” said Andrew Sloan, General Manager, Public Affairs. “The Dunnville Arena and Lifespan Centre project aligns with our company’s strategic priorities and interests to address community and quality of life issues. The strength of our community impacts the strength of our company.”
The new multi-use Dunnville Arena and Lifespan Centre which is currently under construction in the town will be an enhancement to the community and will be the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
