3.6 Reapplication Advice (Product Transfer and Resale Report) 867 
Processor to Dofasco
This transaction set is the ANSI ASC X.12 Version 3030 equivalent of the AISI/COMPORD 
Reapplication transaction in the AISI Outside Processing System (transaction code 97). 

Purpose

The Reapplication transaction provides the format and establishes the data content
of a Dofasco product transfer and resale report for use in an electronic business 
environment. 

Application

The Reapplication transaction is used to transfer an item from one customer order to another,
or from one customer order release to another release.  It may be initiated by the Outside
Processor/Outside Storage Facility as a reapplication or a reapplication acknowledgement.
All order data in this transaction refers to the new information.  Old (or existing) order data
is not reported. 

This transaction will be electronically received by Dofasco from any of its Outside Processors/
Outside Storage Facilities capable of X12 EDI communications.
